Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account page. You'll retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Creem as our payment processor, which supports all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Alipay. All payments are processed securely.

How does the credit system work?

Each image costs 1 credit. Free users get 10 credits per day (resets daily) and generate 2 images per request. Pro gets 200 credits per month (≈200 images) and Ultra gets 500 credits per month (≈500 images). Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

How does yearly billing work?

When you choose yearly billing, you save up to 50% compared to monthly pricing. You'll be charged once per year, and credits refresh every month throughout your subscription.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new plan takes effect immediately. When downgrading, the change applies at the end of your current billing period.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Once your credits are used up, you'll need to wait until the next reset (daily for Free, monthly for paid plans), or upgrade to a higher plan for more credits.

Is there a refund policy?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis through Creem. If you're unsatisfied within the first 7 days, contact our support team and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
