Welcome to AiXiPi. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AiXiPi, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

AiXiPi provides AI-powered image generation. We use third-party AI models to generate images based on text prompts. Image quality, style, and output may vary. We do not guarantee specific results.

3. Accounts

Guest users can generate images without registration, subject to daily limits. Registered users authenticate via email magic links. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. User Content & Generated Images

You retain rights to prompts you submit. Generated images are provided under a permissive license for personal and commercial use. Free-tier images may be cached and served to other users with identical prompts. Pro/Ultra images are private and not shared. You agree not to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly through Creem. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Credits do not roll over between billing periods.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not: - Use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or NSFW content - Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service - Reverse-engineer or scrape the service - Use automated tools to bulk-generate images beyond your plan limits - Resell access to the service without authorization

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, abuse of the service, or non-payment. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

AiXiPi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
